Valley Web Service provides custom web design, development, SEO, hosting, and maintenance services. These services are available to both businesses and individuals.
If we cannot mutually agree on a website design during the design phase, you are entitled to a full refund. However, once the design is approved and development begins, payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your website hosting or maintenance plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation:
Upon full payment, you own all website files, content, and designs. However, you are not permitted to modify, resell, or transfer the website to another developer without our written consent.
We use third-party providers (such as Netlify) for website hosting. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for outages beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and timely feedback during the design and development process. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the services in the last three months prior to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
